We had a 3 week finance clause with our bank who we have dealt with with all previous home loans, where we had never been behind on payments ever, had credit cards that were always paid out each month and we were knocked back for a new home loan to purchase our dream home. Brendan was recommended to us and from day one asked questions and kept us informed daily of what was taking place. An absolute gentleman who worked tirelessly to get the outcome we needed. We signed the contract, 4 weeks with a 3 week finance clause. Our bank said "No". Another Mortgage broker said "Can't do". After nearly 2 weeks we rang Brendan. We were running low on hope and Brendan said I'd like to have a look. He was positive, knowlegeable, and in control. Our new house settled on time with a good finance package.
